话说高手都直接vim或者emacs，但是我始终对这两个编辑器提不起兴趣，就像我一直用拼音输入法而不是五笔一样。
Ruby on Rails给大家带来了TextMate的震撼，很多人对这款editor的评价是：惊为天人。TextMate把编辑器引向了2.0时代。但是TextMate是Mac平台上的（Coda也是Mac上的，为啥子好软件都是Mac平台的？？）。搜索了一下，Windows平台上只能用收费的E-TextEditor或者正在Alpha测试的Intype。GNOME下有Scribes。
IDE方面我比较看好Visual Studio 2008 Shell，开放架构的
菜鸟编程啊，就是要选择一款称心如意的editor。我目前用的是notepad2 MOD。近期准备测试上面提到的几款editor然后写个详细测评

IDE推荐ActiveState Komodo IDE(和Notepad2一样用了Scintilla,specializing in Perl,Python development),SlickEdit(万金油),Aptana(Eclipse based)…
Editor推荐EmEditor,Source Insight,Programmer’s Notepad,LopeEdit,CodeLobster,jEdit…
